Popular releases can carry a limit per customer so more collectors get a fair go. A customer is one person, family, delivery address, email address, payment card or IP address, and the limit includes previous orders. Some limited releases need you to log in so we can count your earlier orders; others allow guest checkout.

Every order for a limited release is checked by hand. If the limit is exceeded, all orders involved may be cancelled and refunded less reasonable costs of up to 20%. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
