Bridgerton is a Regency-era romance series set in London, following the Bridgerton family through love, society and scandal. Produced by Shondaland and based on Julia Quinn's bestselling novels, the series is known for its lavish visuals, inclusive casting and modern soundtrack. In season three, Colin Bridgerton finds himself in an unexpected romance with lifelong friend Penelope Featherington. Her secret identity as Lady Whistledown and Colin's evolving feelings complicate their bond.

The coin's coloured reverse features a cameo-style silhouette of Colin and Penelope. The couple is encircled by a dotted border and Regency-inspired motifs, including a horse and carriage, a quill and inkwell, butterflies, hot air balloons and floral patterns. The inscriptions 'JUST BEING YOU IS ENOUGH' and 'COLIN & PENELOPE' are included, along with The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark. The obverse carries the Jody Clark effigy of His Majesty King Charles III.
