Spider-Man: Comic Art Through the Ages — Agoro's 2026 Collector Box

Agoro's 2026 Collector Box for Spider-Man is not a commemorative coin. It is a trading coin set built around the evolution of comic art across seven tiers of increasing rarity — five struck in 999 pure silver, two in pure gold, and one of those a 1/1 Chase.

Each sealed box contains two mystery coins. You find out which tier when you open it. For a lot of collectors, that is the point.

Seven sets, seven eras

The sets trace distinct periods in Spider-Man's visual history, each with its own artistic character.

Set 1, Emerald, is the early years — flat colour, bold outlines, Spidey ricocheting between the Goblin, Electro, and the Human Torch. Mintage: 250 per design across 10 designs.

Set 2, Topaz, goes darker. Heavy inks, tight compositions, New York close and loud. Peter Parker in his twenties, unable to outrun adulthood. Mintage: 150 per design, 10 designs.

Set 3, Ruby, opens the lines up — more air, broader movement, full-arc swings and corkscrew flips. Mintage: 50 per design, 10 designs.

Set 4, Sapphire, crashes in close on faces and masks. Villains mid-transformation, eyes lit by violent colour. Mintage: 30 per design, 10 designs.

Set 5, Amethyst, goes cinematic. Poster compositions, painted weight, multiple Spider-Men stepping into myth. Mintage: 20 per design, 10 designs.

Then the silver stops.

Set 6, Onyx, is Spider-Man versus Venom in pure gold. Two designs, mintage of 5 each.

Set 7 is The Chase. One coin. One design. Venom on an iconic comic cover, struck in pure gold. Mintage: 1. Whoever pulls it owns the only one that exists.

The box is $675 AUD and is available now at Mint Coin Shop. You get two mystery coins per box. The odds of pulling gold are low — but the silver tiers are still coins with mintages between 20 and 250, each tied to a specific era of comic art.
