This spectacular 10th anniversary bi-metal Wedge-tailed Eagle coin is struck from ¾oz of 99.99% pure gold and ¾oz of 99.95% pure platinum in proof quality.

The coin incorporates a pure gold centrepiece portraying a wedge-tailed eagle soaring on a background featuring geometrically arranged elements that suggest a sunburst. The platinum ring includes the inscriptions ‘AUSTRALIAN WEDGE-TAILED EAGLE’ and ‘10TH ANNIVERSARY’. Also included on the reverse is the coin’s year-date and a ‘P125’ mintmark signifying The Perth Mint’s 125th anniversary.
