What the White House decision on eliminating duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value imports means
The US President has signed an Executive Order eliminating duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value imports from August 31, 2025.
What this means is that our US customers will have to pay any duty payable when the purchases arrive in the US.
We have adjusted our terms and conditions to reflect this.
This additional cost is imposed by the US Government, and not by us.
